When I finally do crash from this; when the adrenaline wears off and the barriers break down, it's going to be ugly crying. I'm entirely too clinical right now. I get like that under high stress. It allows me to focus and function in emergency situations and is something I was trained in.

These last two weeks have been two of the most stressful weeks I've had in years. I am so far beyond my ability to handle it all, and somehow I keep putting one foot in front of the other. I am exhausted beyond all comprehension.

I have entirely too much on my mind lately. It's been seriously affecting my sleep.

I used to look forward to my Friday and Saturday evenings, but my social activities have long since collapsed and I'm left sort of endlessly scrolling socials and going upstairs to read at 9pm most weekends. I should have logged back in to the work machine or studied.
