Several months ago I went through and disabled what I thought were all of the Facebook ad settings. If I have to use it, I can at least restrict the info I'm freely consenting to share. But I found a new setting today, which covers lists uploaded by ad partners which FB matches to your profile.

I am not technical enough to understand the "how" of it all, but it strikes me that the chief complaint about Bluesky is one it was expressly designed not to do (ie, feed content via an algo). If my feed isn't interesting, it's on me to fix it - not some computer telling me what I should like
