Lots of ferments today. Homemade sauerkraut, fermented Brussels sprouts, pickled carrots & sourdough English muffins. Leftover roast chicken & a pot of flavoured mayo. 3 flavoured mayos open in the fridge with a plain one as well, so I've made a new rule. Only 1 flavoured mayo allowed at a time.

My competition piece is finished. I've just measured it and it is longer than the maximum size which means I will have to split it and mount it. I'll probably do that onto a cork board and mount it with T shaped blocking pins. Splitting it means I'll need to get my sewing machine out.
