Finally got around to reading James by Percival Everett and it definitely lived up to the hype. I may go back and re-read Huckleberry Finn for the full experience, since it has been a while. Two thumbs up!!

And Russia is about to get thrown a miraculous lifeline by a sympathetic American president. What a massive historical inflection point.

A small sliver of good news is that Amendment 2 was voted down here in Kentucky, which would have sent tax dollars to private schools. Hopefully that still matters after they try to dismantle the Department of Education federally.
