If you are commissioning an artist, and want a specific pose, don't run to genAI to try and make it for you. Draw a stick person. Stick person poses are beloved among all artists. We can see exactly what you want. Do not fear sending the stick person. The stick person is magical.

Putting blanket labels on accounts that overrides their own personal moderated/curated post settings defeats the entire purpose of labeling posts in the first place. Individual post labels was one of the biggest advantages BSKY had over Twitter. Account-wide labeling just repeats the same mistakes.

Its already happening btw, I have had my filters set up for a longass time already but now there's a bunch of posts hidden with "Adult (account)" stated as the reason. Kind of fucking defeats the point of individually tagging posts and allowing the user to customize their experience, just saying.

To me, completely refusing to engage with politics(by politics i don’t just mean Republican vs democrat USA bullshit)is refusing to engage with a key component of human experience, and by refusing to do so, you’re engendering your own isolation or helplessness, therefore ‘necessitating’ escapism.

Wanting escapism in your media is fine, but denying the existence of explicitly political messaging in a work because you desperately wish to escape it is such a braindead and all too common take. These same people also want to partake in discourse about said media while ignoring its crucial themes

20-40 years ago conservative christian moms and politicians were arguing the same thing with violent movies/music/video games when trying to get them banned. This is not new, these are the same core ideas with leftist set dressing. If you dont like something dont engage with it and leave it at that.

Noticing this trend where people are trying to justify not liking or liking something as if your interest in media or people is tied to your morality and sense of justice. It's getting to the point where if something makes someone uncomfortable they have to find a reason to reassert their worldview
