Fascinating read on the history of food and the Guiseppe Arcimboldo artwork on the cover was an introduction to his fantastical art.

Purchased at the farmers market many years ago from a woman who gave me a knowing look and said, “You have very good taste.” A little scary. I just liked the historical aspect and all the woodblock prints, paintings and carvings related to the subject.
