Just came back from #ONA25, and wouldn't you know it, four days of conference, not a single session about how to cover trans folks or Gaza properly. Last year, ONA24 in Atlanta did not have a single session about "Cop City", apart from one mention by @audiosand.bsky.social, as well. I'm ashamed.

It seems that court wrapped up today and for the week in the Cop City RICO indictment after a short day. Judge Farmer heard motions regarding the domestic terrorism charges, which is he is less likely to throw out.

Day 2 of motions week in the Cop City RICO case. Currently, Judge Farmer is reading from the Merriam Webster dictionary.

It was definitely an interesting day in court. The judge was far more critical of - and frankly, straight up mocked - the state's arguments. But that does not guarantee that he will find in the defense's favor at all.
