August and I have written 13 Armour Astir playbooks over the years and I've finally compiled them all in a single document. witchbreak.itch.io/106th-astir-... In this thread I'll go over each of the playbooks and highlight my personal favourite move from each! 1/14

While I have your attention, August and I are working on a bigger project in the background! It's a dark dungeon crawler with an interesting exploration mechanic using playing cards, and a punishing dice mechanic. It'll be out sometime later this year, hopefully!

I don't rate media on quality metrics but rather three indices: MI (melodrama index), BPI (boykissing potentiality index), and PEI (personal enjoyment index)

I am a bit ashamed to admit Realis doesn't quite hit for me. It's chock full of amazing art, concepts and writing, but for me, it sits in an uncanney valley. It lacks that oomph that makes mechanically focused games tick for me, yet it's too complex for what I want out of a narrative game

If you use these super cool Tombow Fudenosuke pens, don't forget you can pry off the end of the tube, smack that sucker on the desk to get the felt core out, and then just let that core sit in a bottle of fountain pen friendly ink... instant refill! Use 'em till the tips ain't no good no more.
