This year I’ve invested a great deal in myself. I’ve been to the gym an average of 3,7 times per week. I’ve given up alcohol and cut back on tobacco. I’ve lost around 35 pounds. I am very proud of myself. If anyone is considering healthier habits for next year, just do it, I believe in you.

I really enjoyed this book by @exeunt.press! Picked it up in Amsterdam and read it on the plane home. Such a cool idea with the exercises that go with each chapter!
