Completely agree with this. The second time under new regime we’ve had an Ofsted announcement without the plans behind it. And the timing is so off. Anyway, hope you all have a good first day back and get to focus on the important business of running your schools/teaching your kids.

This! Start building relationships with parents so that if, down the line, you have to have a difficult conversation with them, you’ve put the ground work in and their walls aren’t up from the start. If the first conversation you have with a parent is a negative one, it’s gonna be tough for you!
