It’s getting mixed reviews but I warmed to the growing friendship as much as the birding (and slightly biased as they were just up the road in North Norfolk). 2 men just spending time together and some real moments being vulnerable showing it’s absolutely fine to show your emotions.

I’ve been working with a fantastic biomechanics specialist physio for about 8 weeks.I didn’t appreciate just how much trauma major surgery causes.The twice daily exercises are slowly showing +VE results albeit impacting my running for now.Felt weary today but I needed exercise #RebelliousHope

My beloved Dad turns 83 today. I’m lucky to have him & his mind is still as sharp as ever & despite his age doing really well. He’s the standard by which I judge all men,my guide,sounding board & biggest supporter. He always provides sound advice & rarely tells me what to do. I love you Dad xx 💜
