Marathon plan Week 11/15 Run 1 Recovery run 6am club is back. Was nice and cool which was needed to wake me up with less than 5 hrs sleep. Gonna be a tough week as I have 5 consecutive runs inc a 21 miler and 2 speed sessions. I am around a swimming pool all weekend so it has to be done 🤷

Marathon plan Week 10/15 Run 5 easy long run 4 solo 12 with Andy T 4 solo A tough run on a tough week. Foggy and cold this morning, and had to dig in those last 5 miles. Overall pleased to get it done. Next Friday will be 21 😳 5 days of consistent running as am at Ponds forge all weekend next week.

Marathon plan Week 10/15 run 2 First run in a week due to the lurgy. Did one hour at no specific pace and just enjoy it. Felt quite decent in near perfect conditions. Hopefully feel ok tomorrow and continue with my plan. Can ill afford no more illness now. I know the cause, need the cure!!!
