Marathon plan WK2/15 run 5 Long easy run today. Lovely conditions. 3 laps around rother valley park. Ready now for some new shoes today, and a sports massage thats overdue! Felt strong throughout the run. Next Saturday is 12 miles. That will be my longest run in about 3 years! Happy Saturday 😊
