TECHNICALLY by legal definition, murder is premeditated and intentional killing. Manslaughter is when you kill someone without premeditation or intent. In the case of Alex Pretti and Renee Good, “murder” is correct because both times, agents chose to draw their lethal firearms & shoot repeatedly.
