If they’re going to do this, incredibly frustrating they’re not using ParkMobile since they know community members already use that because of UVA. It’s a national company that everywhere I’ve traveled has used. Why are we adding another hassle?

This is the classic tech non-solution to a non-problem. It makes the garage unusable for a solid 10-25% of the population who aren’t tech savvy, or don’t have signal, or just have privacy concerns. All for the imagined benefit of being able to drive out without stopping (who cares??)
