Third day in a row running, so no one to blame if my knees crumble to dust. But what a day: though a bit of rower dodging round the lake.

Fantastic meal last night in Mowgli with old work colleagues reminiscing about the 2000s. A different world. Despite the rain, Nottingham still looks nice to me.
