The Kylie 0% rose has been opened and it’s surprisingly good, sweet if a little acidic but actually tastes of something. Will get again.

Apparently I’m a Kylie rose gay now. Giving this a try as a booze free alternative.

Morning! The husband has decided it’s too hot to head out of London for a day trip so today’s highlights include Tesco and a walk after. He’s threatening to make me help him with chores so I might make myself scarce!

Cheers m’dears! Booze free G&T edition. Picky tea tonight so no cooking again. Yay!

The hydrangea is almost entirely in bloom now, despite taking a bit of a battering with some fence work recently.

The relatively slow spider roaming around the walls in my office is now roving around my desk at lightning speed which I’m not enjoying at all.

Iced coffee weather this afternoon

It may be a tad grey but I can still sit outside and sip a coffee.

I don’t mind a little rain but I specifically did not order 90% humidity this morning. 🫠

The green and red canas are doing well this year. I doubt they’ll flower for a few weeks yet though.

Morning! Gorgeous sunny start hear. Perfect weather for the big shop and some scrubbing of the front step. Have a good one whatever you’re up to today!

The agapanthus is doing well this year. Can’t wait for all these flowers to open.

Picky bits haul for tonight along with olives, rolls, moutabal and hummus. Shii Pi is be enough!

Saw this platter being made in the deli today. May have to give this a try next time I have a picky tea day.

Of course I’m having a flat white this morning.

Morning and happy Saturday! Today’s a lazy day for me popping out for a walk in a bit and might do a thing or two around the house. No cooking later coz him indoors wants what I believe is referred to as a picky tea. Have a good one whatever you’re up to!

It’s a bit chilly indoors but I’m not putting the heating on because it’s supposed to be June right now.

Managed to convince myself to get to the pool. Now to see how far I can go.

Forgot to mention that Antwerp Centraal station is absolutely gorgeous.
