i worked so hard to fight off depression since the winter, it almost had me. gratitude & thinking positive despite it being hard & just trying to be appreciative for the things i have in the present moment. being so positive at times it felt like fake positivity & felt like bullshit.

i am so fucking angry and sad and disappointed that again i have to fear for my safety in my life. i am so fucking disappointed by this experience. i’ve been let down again.
