My dad passed away, after four years of varied treatment for his cancer. He’d been in hospice care, since right after this Christmas, and was able to be home for the end part of it. I was the one who was with him when he passed, very late at night.

Finished playing the last episode of Dispatch last night, and *greatly* enjoyed every minute of it. It’s full of heroes, villains and tropes that feel familiar and yet are fun in a new way.

Everyone once in a while, my washer/dryer combo will start "WHUMPWHUMPWHUMP"-ing so loudly it shakes the whole room. I always felt bad because I assumed my neighbors could hear/feel that. I just heard one of my neighbors units doing the same thing in their place and it's not as bad as I thought!
