I was recently diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder called anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis. It's a "disease of chaos" that completely upturned my life for a couple months. I wrote a blog about it that goes into more detail and discusses prognosis. :-)

After having a subpar setup for a long time, just running my website in a Zellij session I finally set up a service, and at the same time I set up continuous deployment. I wrote about it here:

Going to a chemistry cabaret at my old uni tonight. It is the newest of the science cabarets so it is fun to see how the running gags evolve. My favourite gag from the past few years have been about how all chemicals should just go into the handwash.

From one of the authors most known for stories with a rather positive outlook on technology Jules Verne's "Paris in the 20th century" is a interesting book, though rather bleak which was probably the reason it was not published before 1994.
