I just heard from the would-be victim of the would-be theft. Thanks to the immediate action by the #VicPD members I flagged down, they caught the suspect in progress!!!!👏 The would-be victim is a tradesperson and it was his livelihood at stake. He's happy. I'm happy. Such a good news story!😁👍
