Done with the blueberry cordials! Over the course of the week, i've done coffee filter filtration on all 8 years of them and then we tasted/drank them all. Verdict: Only keep your fruit cordials* for a year or two. I'd say one year is peak; two years is still good. After that? Not worth it.
