Between 3.5 miles on the elliptical, walking to & from the Rhododendron Garden, walking around said garden, then walking with brother on Mt. Tabor, yesterday's total came to: 10 miles. I rock.

I told my endocrinologist recently how I'd had to plan a three hour drive (control fluid intake, research safe toilet options en route, plan to hold it in if possible until arrival) and she was horrified. But this is the reality for trans people in the UK, now.
