I'm halfway through When The Wolf Comes Home by @natcassidy.bsky.social and it's only been two days. I liked Mary by the same author, and I LOVED Nestlings, but I'm fullblown obsessed with this novel. I can't stop thinking about it. He's definitely an author that's on my auto-buy list.

So, my #secretsantaaonz last year got me this incredible diamond art bear that they painted to look like Ursula from The Little Mermaid. I'm FINALLY getting around to starting it. I'm not the most crafty person, so this is a bit outside my comfort zone, but in a really good way. A fun challenge.

I'm pretty sick at the moment, so I've had the day off work. Being sick sucks obviously, but I've also spent the day alternating between trying to write a script, watching The X-Files, and watching Ghost Adventures. That's not a bad way to spend a sick day.

It took me a while, but yesterday I finally got my diagnosis of ADHD. I'm very happy, it's been a long held suspicion and it's nice to know it's not all in my head.

My cat Morgana just squeaked. I picked her up and in complete baby talk said "Are you Squeaky? Are you Squeaky Fromme? Are you going to try to assassinate Gerald Ford? Will you be played by Annie Golden in the original off-Broadway cast? Are you a Manson girl?" And I have no regrets.

Whenever I walk down the street with a medium sized bag in each hand, I instantly feel like Julie Andrews in Sound of Music.
