My mom was diagnosed with this several years ago. They inserted a shunt to constantly drain the fluid from her brain. It’s very scary to witness and to feel powerless until it’s diagnosed. Best wishes to him!

Loved this book! Set in the early 1960’s- these women are relatable and facing the issues we are, unfortunately, facing again today. Sobering at times, but a phenomenal story about friendship and family, but also about the many roles women play.
