I made this cake and I am very proud of it. Carrot cake (no raisins, but yes pecans and candied ginger) with a brown butter buttercream frosting and candied carrots on top for Adam's birthday

As previously mentioned, I was asked to make the cake for my friends’ upcoming wedding. Last night, we had a cake tasting for them and some of their friends to pick out the flavors. I baked nine cakes in the span of three days. I am exhausted but it was very very fun.

#cooksky 🍜🍽️ Marble cake. My favorite recipe - from Dorrie Greenspan. It’s my favorite because you put melted white chocolate in the vanilla as well as dark chocolate in the chocolate so each batter has the same density. I find it pleasing that way.
