Thanks Rob 👍. I had to request similar to a dental nurse last yr. In return I got a waspish “it’s not Cooovid”. The dentist looked at me while wearing his n95 & I swear if he could’ve, he’d have rolled his eyes at his nurses behaviour. Strangely, I haven’t seen her at the practice since.

I usually just deal with the underhanded comments like "I couldn't quite hear you with your mask" or "oh I didn't recognise you, probably cos of the mask". Probably being a tall male helps avoid the more nasty incidents.
