I think I would like the Marvel set a lot more if it didn't have Jumpstart attached to it on top of four Commander precons. The number of cards releasing all at once is overwhelming. It's just too many for me to parse and brew with. The set has some neat cards, but it's hard to find the gems.

I made this post before all of the cards were fully revealed. It's actually 751 unique new cards, and just over half of them are Legendary. When everyone's Super, no one will be.

Some more numbers for context (using main sets, not cmdr products) Marvel - 128 legendaries out of 170 creatures - 75% Spiderman - 79 legendary of 113 - 70% Avatar - 69 of 115 - 60% TMNT - 72 of 117 - 61% Final Fantasy - 100 of 167 - 60% LotR - 85 of 151 - 56% Marvel is bonkers (derogatory)

Almost 700 new cards. Over half of them are legendary creatures.

I think MSH is going to sell very very well to new and casual Magic players.
