ICE it's not authorized to control traffic unless they are being impeded. Local police control traffic and hand out traffic tickets. Renee was not impeding ICE. The video clearly shows a car going around. ICE had no legal authority to tell her move her vehicle much less get out of the car.

Perhaps when the Dems take over power they should skip the investigations and go straight to arrest and imprisonment of the GOP - just like Trump does.
