BFC was a fantastic con experience, honestly it had a lot of unique qualities to it both in how it's run and in how it felt small and intimate yet still big. The signal/noise ratio was off the charts. This is the most people I've known at a con, despite it being a fraction of the size of others.

BFC was an incredible time! The immersion and energy was off the charts. So many wonderful people in such a concentrated space. Got to feel cute and have a ton of fun. It was devastating to see it get disassembled last night, but I'm so happy to have shared this time and space with ya'll ❤️

I know I'm excited for the upcoming con because I've had like... 3 dreams about it in the last few weeks.

Damn it feels good to get a run in after a few weeks off (taking care of family and then weather too hot to safely run in). Granted, it was tiring as heck, but my body is sure appreciating it now!

Whew, finished my first 10K! Took me a little over 62 minutes, which isn't bad given that I cut 30s/mile off of my training pace. It was really exciting and thrilling to run through town amongst all the people, and it's great to see what my body is capable of! Definitely excited to do this again

The PCD is definitely hitting today (and part of yesterday). I always forget how affirming and nourishing it is to spend time like that with so many like-minded folks. That sense of community is pretty unparalleled.

FWA was a blast! It was great to see old friends, and meet many new ones. I got to suit at a con in my own suit for the first time, which was sooooo fun (and sweaty xD). I stepped outside of my comfort zone a few times, which was absolutely worth it. Thanks to all ya'll for the good times ❤️

Really enjoyed Hiking Smith Rock near Bend last weekend. It's incredible what natural beauty is only a few hours drive away. Also it's so wild how I can live in a Rainforest climate yet be only less than 2 hours from High Desert.

I've heard of "Bad Ending" Age Regression stories, but "The Substance" takes the cake! Great movie, but also dear lord is that maybe the most squeamish I have been watching a film.

Bought way too many seeds for my garden this year. To be fair, it's all stuff we regularly cook with, and we've been doing more home cooking as of late. I definitely love the idea of having a living collection of tasty food ready to be harvested as needed.
