I haven’t worn diapers in a while and I’d like to get back into wearing them more and explore little space, but I just don’t think I’m in the right headspace at the moment. I go into the nursery, grab a diaper, have this wave of depression come over me, put it back, and leave the room.

I’ve been feeling really distant from ABDL. I’d like to get back into it and have it be part of my day to day life, but jumping back into it and keeping it is probably the hardest part.
