A fun thing I did at MFF inspired by @foxwithastory.bsky.social, I set down 2 of my books at one of those tables people put stickers on. The 1st was picked up before I made it to the other side to drop off the second. I watched from the sidelines as the 2nd was snagged within a minute. It was fun!

Hey all, things might be quiet on here for a few weeks. We said goodbye to our dog yesterday. She lived 15.5 amazing years and was the best dog I could have ever asked for. The audiobook will still come out in a month, but please be patient with me.

I'm still on Cloud 9. In no way could I have expected GP to sell out. You never know when writing a book—especially your first—how it will land with other people, but at every point in the journey the reception has exceeded my greatest hopes. I'm overwhelmed and overjoyed—and thank you all so much.

Waterways was the first furry and first gay book I ever read. My friend let me borrow it shortly after I joined the fandom and accepted my sexuality. It was profoundly impactful on me. @kyellgold.com has inspired me for years, and it's safe to say I wouldn't be here without him. This one's special.

I was only at MFF for a day, but I had a wonderful time. The furry writing community is amazing, and I'm so grateful for how welcoming they've been to me. Big shout-out to @raynarde.bsky.social and @tyfoxface.bsky.social. Meeting and chatting with you two really made my con.

Finished @tyfoxface.bsky.social's Gravitational Pull. It's an absolutely fantastic book. It deals with some heavy topics but it's done with care and there are lots of fun (and sexy) moments to break it up. I loved Ryan so much. Definitely check it out! And the audiobook is fully recorded! I still have some proofing to do, then I'll pass along pick ups, and then one more final proof. I'm expecting a January release, but I'll set a date once I'm confident we can meet it.

The audiobook production is going well so far. I've been reviewing the files as they come in, and it's really fun to hear the book performed. It's already made me emotional a few times, and we're not even to the heavy parts of the book yet.

I have spoken to no fewer than three writing friends who have had troubles feeling seen lately. It's a struggle I've felt I've had since starting out self-publishing and always just hard trying to feel like your stories matter. So if you have time to read someone's fics, please let them know you did
