Spend the first chunk of my day on hold with insurance b/c the claim from the surgery facility is on hold b/c insurance needed information from me. After 20 minutes on hold all they needed to ask me was if I had secondary insurance?? But it's resubmitted and hopefully lines up with the estimate. 🤞
