I've been strongly leaning towards him anyway with or without Swalwell or Porter. He has worked at the CA govt level and has a solid record. The governorship, like the presidency, should be for those who have worked their way there, not a bunch of newbies who need training wheels.

Xavier Becerra addresses single-payer healthcare in California in a way I can appreciate. He talks about the logistics of making it happen. He says it won’t be easy, but it can be done. I respect that. Too many politicians make it sound easy, then drop it once they’re elected. Becerra gets it.
