ICE is using your tax dollars to target children. A child in my district was deported days before the start of the school year. We are demanding answers on why K-12 students are being arrested and whether the Department of Education is fulfilling their obligations to students in custody.

IL Gov. JB Pritzker says he has asked TX Gov. Abbott to refuse to allow Texas National Guard troops to be deployed to IL. Pritzker says Bonvino and ICE have brought violence to Chicago. Points out that Bonvino admitted that ICE is detaining people based on what they look like.
