The consistency is amazing. Go look at any list that covers negative quality of life stats and it will be dominated by Red states Specifically, look at 'education' - RED states ALWAYS occupy at least 14 of the bottom 15 slots.

Since National Guard have been used for infrastructure before, for emergencies I don’t know if it’s needed. Our troops are needed for protection but maybe. That’s a great question though. It’s using troops against our own communities is most troubling. I mean, would they actually kill an American?

They have before (Kent State, Mine Wars), but it was always against small isolated groups. If TONS of people (millions and millions of people) of varying backgrounds show up though, the troops will crumble.
