The Senate finally bypassed the GOP’s obsession with a deportation police state to restore funding for the TSA and Coast Guard. The package still needs to clear a vote in the House.

My cousin was murdered many years ago by her ex-husband. He was a cop (she was too). She had a restraining order against him for his violent abuse. He walked right through the restraining order & killed her. Her kids were raised by my aunt & uncle (her parents). Women need protections from abuse
