Tricky one to answer! I feel like I can't ever tell how my papers are received; they seem to be cited fairly. But I thought about my solo theory piece written as a postdoc – it felt like I was going out on a limb. I've wondered if that was appreciated, and whether the field thought I had a point!

Can We Process Information Without Encoding It into Working Memory? Our findings with @gidon-frischkorn.bsky.social and @koberauer.bsky.social suggest that processing entails encoding. Task-irrelevant information enters working memory during processing, impairing memory for relevant information.
