Yes!! THIS and also PLEASE stop making your skin gray when cosplay a POC. It just makes be think you wanna blackface, but "can't" so you just use gray which is just as gross to me. I'm Afro-Latino and so often I've seen people do gray skin for POC. Stop it. Cosplay the character not the skintone.

Transition is bespoke to every trans person. I was out for 8 years before starting HRT. Thought I could be fluid “bigender” for a while. Then I was full time fem for 3 years before going on HRT. I couldn’t continue living without the physical effects of it. It was mandatory and life saving.
