My mother in law is having knee surgery today. Compared to the same surgery in the US, my aunt had it outpatient, and was home recovering that evening. My MIL will be in the hospital for a week, then in a rehab facility for 4-6 weeks. Very different approaches! Gute Besserung to her anyways.
