Finished Bodycount. Hands down the most violent and batshit insane thing to ever come out of TMNT, but I found it way more coherent and enjoyable than most of Mirage Vol. 3/Image/Urban Legends. Wanna read Last Ronin Lost Years and the sequel and Tales vol 2 before I begin IDW.

i think the big thing about TMNT Vol 3 (Urban Legends) is that it was the B&W "grown up" Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles book that came out when i was exactly the right age for it i already was reading Mirage Vol 1 back-issues, but Vol 3 wasnt ancient history. it was current, and aimed directly at me

Finished TMNT Mirage Vol 3, aka the Image run, aka TMNT Urban Legends on comixology. It was Dragon Ball GT of TMNT with more gore, cursing, and shock value. 3 of the TMNT and Splinter were done dirty through most of it. However, Casey and April’s daughter Shadow was adorable and the best part. 1/2
