CDOT put down some new paint on my block for no parking areas. People parked in those areas because duh, paint isn't enforcement. Reported it to alder's office. Department of finance ticketed for 24 violations. I wish I had received a cut 😢😢

Made the call to Gov Pritzker's office about the potential for the state of Illinois buying their own supply of COVID vaccines. Staffer says it hasn't been confirmed. I simply encouraged them to add the Novavax vaccine to the order if the state decides to go ahead and buy their own supply.

The idea that bike lanes cause gentrification is funny because it suggests that they’re a desirable amenity that people will pay a lot of money to live near. Maybe build bike lanes in more places so they’re not as rare? (Also build more housing!)
