Did a strength testing day to wrap up 6 months of training and I’m very proud of my consistency and the progress made, especially squats which used to be a struggle due to teaching group fitness (endurance overload). Squat 115kg (prev best 80kg) Bench 85kg (prev 75kg) Deadlift 135kg (prev 105kg) 💪
