I actually don’t think we should victim blame protestors for what the feds are going to do. We’ve seen them do it to perfectly peaceful protestors. People need to be wise, use discretion, and center those most impacted, and I truly detest this rhetoric.

We keep each other safe. If you see ICE or if you know someone who’s been detained, call the PIRC hotline: 1-888-622-1510. Make sure you’re using the CLEAR model (Count, Location, Equipment, Activity, and Report Time) when you call.

It is so sad to come home from a lovely community event focused on resistance and partnerships and building a better world to find out the feds are rolling in. Fuck man.

I formally requested a reasonable accommodation of a reserved accessible parking spot in May 2024 and my building has still failed to provide it despite it being the first accommodation example listed on city documents that are shared with us when we sign our lease

It is so embarrassing to sob about your disabled rights being violated while wearing a Judy Heumann shirt and complaining to your leasing office manager who doesn’t give a fuck

Today I: - Had for-profit developers ask why disabled people can’t just live in adaptable housing units instead of already accessible ones - Sobbed uncontrollably about my building refusing to give me a reserved accessible parking spot because now I’m gonna have to get a lawyer

While I encourage folks to engage in the TriMet survey about service cuts, I hope you will keep in mind the transit dependent people whose lives literally depend on the bus that runs just a couple times a day or connecting services TriMet supports.

I wish that in all the reporting about this ridiculous Tylenol stuff journalists didn’t take it as a given that curing autism is a desirable outcome for society. Neurodiversity is good. Desiring homogeneity is a hallmark of eugenics and fascism.

Well, there it is. Sinclair is digging in for a fight, so please help push back -- find stations in your area, watch their local news to see what ads they run, then write those advertisers to tell them you're boycotting as long as they're on a Sinclair station. List here:

This week on my apartment building is poorly managed: - Made a really big deal about dryer vent cleaning but for half of the building they didn’t even need to access our units because it’s simply outside in the courtyard - Made us move our cars out of the garage for painting, then didn’t paint
