FLIP, my next book, comes out next month! Sep. 23! I wrote this story for nerdy Black girls socialized in environments that minimized them. I was terrified that people wouldn't get it. But people *have* gotten it. This silly & heartfelt story is SO different from CHECK PLEASE but you'll love it!

I’m so embarrassed. My wife wanted a pork burrito from the local restaurant— but they started using those digital kiosks so you can order ahead. The selections were in Spanish and I did NOT know the name for pork in Spanish.

Apple TV announced a price increase. Going up to $13. I’m thinking real hard why I should keep it? Apple TV’s library is so limited. I’ve had the service since it was only 4.99.
