Somewhat obscure AI (not the bad kind) question: anyone got a good reference on stuff like RTS AI? Like, if I wanted to make an AI opponent for Command and Conquer, that kinda thing. I THINK that's the basis for how a Musou AI works. You're basically playing an RTS but just controlling a hero unit.

I kinda know how Chess AIs work (scoring out move permutations) but RTS? Is it the same thing? Hrm. I think I can get this working eventually if I take the Chess move permutations route, and if you squint at a Musou map, you can kinda see the grid/board, so that approach might work too? Just. Hrm.
