Cybermage: Darklight Awakening (Origin, 1995). One of my favourite games growing up. Janky controls, but it oozed atmosphere, fun art style, and lots of cool weapons and characters. Had comic-inspired cutscenes and even came with one in the original box. Would love to see this remastered one day.
