Well it finally hit me yesterday on the drive to the gym. The emotions of my younger cousin passing while unexpected. She was a 30 year old woman with HIV and Lupus. The combination of two autoimmune disorders plus the medication in the past 2-3 years took its toll. I feel lighter for it.
