Baricitinib trial website just launched! This is a large, phase 3 trial funded by the NIH (but outside of RECOVER). Baricitinib is approved for rheumatoid arthritis, is an immunomodulator, and one of the few drugs effective for acute Covid infection (it's used in hospitalized patients).
