I have officially begun work on my MEGA-DLC 2 document for the #BunkersAndBadasses #ttrpg! Starting off with the Vehicle overhaul before moving on to other things like item tables, updates to my Familiar rules, and new mechanics for exploration, travel, and hazardous weather effects!

Beyond that, HB Vehicles are are large enough to be considered maps of their own. A "HB Seat" can even take up multiple squares, and so long as you're in those squares you can use its Seat Actions in addition to your normal Actions. Normal-sized Seats on HB Rides still need you to sit, though.

To deal damage to a Hella-Big (HB) Vehicle, if you aren't using HB Weapons, you gotta deal a full 10 damage to deal 1 Damage to it. Meanwhile, HB Weapons deal 10× Damage to anything that isn't HB (though they get penalties to accuracy to hit, since it's like like shooting a gnat with a bazooka.)

What's COMPLETELY new, though, is I'm adding "official" rules (it's still homebrew, afterall) for those "Extra Large" Vehicles I hinted at in DLC1! They're called "Hella Big" Vehicles, and they're BIG and TOUGH.

Vehicles interact with Terrain, Slow, and Freeze the same as they did in DLC1, so no major changes there. As before, your ride has to spend 3sq of movement to love 1sq while Slowed, and 3sq to move 1sq while Frozen, and you can't be Slowed/Frozen by Cryo for 1 turn after the effect ends.

Certain Seats can even have extra or alternate uses for actions. As an example, most frames Driver Seat let you use your Throw Action normally to toss a grenade or other item, OR, let you use a Throw Action to Boost, doubling the Vehicle's Movement on its next Drive Action! So versatile!

That you can take with your normal not-in-a-Vehicle actions! Not every Seat has every Action, but if you've got 4 Attacks/Turn, you can attack with your ride's Weapons 4 times! want to generate a little mayhem to drive a little faster? You can take Mayhem-generating Actions as usual, too!

Vehicle rules are coming together, and there's a slew of new rides and parts on the way! "But how do you use them? We don't have the updated rules yet!" I (probably) hear you shout. Easy! Depending on what Seat you're in, you'll have a number of Actions available to you, [...]

Did you read my B&B DLC 1 and go "Man, it sucks I have like three move actions outside a car, but not while driving?" Well, get excited! This overhaul will let you use all the Extra Actions your character has access to, even while behind the wheel! Some parts can even add NEW actions to your ride!

Minor MEGA DLC 1 update: Clarified the wording on some Mechanic and Racer Feats, and had to rework the Racer's "Victory Lap" Feat because of an overhaul to how Vehicles work.

I'm guessing it's because mozzarella is a very mellow cheese the flavor was dominated by the flour. With the honey on top it tasted more like an oatmeal pie than any kind of dessert, which wasn't bad! Topped it with a little raspberry jam and it was right at home at breakfast! Best eaten fresh, tho.

Made the Savillum @tastinghistory.bsky.social showed off, and I gotta admit, not bad! Sadly, neither of us are fans of Ricotta, so we used fresh mozzarella. (Note: if you do this, you gotta add in some water to make up for the lower liquid content.)

I got to meet Tom Hiddleston a few years back at a local bluegrass festival while he was preparing for his role in I Saw the Light. I was a dumb twenty-something and made a complete ass of myself in front of him.

I've gone over this about 10 times now, and it looks really fun, especially the twist at the end. 👀 I can't wait to run it for a group once our current campaign is over.
