When you play Clocktower with strangers you establish histories that you can connect with a year later. “Sorry where did we meet?” “I was the Washerwoman that saw you as Sage but you were actually the Spy” “Oh but you were pithagged into Drunk and got Fang Gu jumped and then we won together!”

Final Three Con was fantastic. You should attend if you get a chance. I'm not experiencing so much con drop thankfully, but it'll be a bit before a recover my energy. I'm already thinking of things to do next year!

AEW Revolution: I think people are blowing the ending out of proportion (and also skipping over the actual closing moments of the show). It wasn't great, but it's not near as bad as people are saying. With that said, it's undeniable that Toni/Mariah should have gone on last.

For some time now I've tried to not make my Clocktower games linger too long (2 hours max) but lately I've made an effort to speed up my games even more and I've loved the result. Max of 4 or 5 minutes for whispers, even in large games. The game was designed for this and it's great.

I love a good Clocktower discussion, but it's been clear multiple times over that the game's subreddit is quite often a terrible place for it.

The fact that the US government could come together to ban tiktok before they did anything meaningful to stop school shootings is fucking disgusting. They care more about stopping us from communicating freely on a platform they can't control than they care about kids not dying in school.

Had my first bout of hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) last night since being diagnosed with diabetes. Fast heart rate, feeling anxious, hungry, unusually warm. Not a lot of fun. If there's a plus side though, I got to drink my first Pepsi after quitting cold turkey months ago.

Since 2019 episodes of AEW are now on MAX, I'm skimming through a bit of the first episode because it's been a long time. I still miss the colorful paint explosions from the intro. But it's interested other than an updated set and graphics, the look and feel of the product still feels pretty similar
